"I couldn't hold back the tears."

         " Let me start with the comment my mom made in the days after our wedding "Melanie was amazing. That woman was literally EVERYWHERE. I don't know how she does it. She didn't miss a thing." One sign that you've chosen the perfect person to document/share your day with is when countless friends and family members stop to tell you how great it was to interact with your photographer. 

          Book her. Don't walk, run to her site and book her. Not only is she incredibly talented but her personality *makes* you fall in love with her and you need that kind of personality on your big day.  As a photography snob, I love..love...love the "purist" approach to what she does. She's capturing what really happens, how it happens and in such a beautiful way. I'm not a person who tears up very easily but going through the pictures from our day I was so caught off guard by some of the special moments she captured that I couldn't hold back the tears! One photo that comes to mind of my grandmother and I will be cherished for the rest of our lives, it captures my 40 year relationship with her perfectly. I'll forever be indebted to Melanie for this photo."
